you from the company’s legal adviser who happens to be from my village.
I actually did not explain to him the deal I want to introduce to you
rather I told him that I have a client who wants an investor in his company.
He actually did not explain to me much about you.
How ever I cannot attest to your ability to handle this business very
honestly but my spirit do tell me that you are the person to do this deal
with. The business is this. By the virture of my position as the personal
secretary to the Managing Director of this company, I have access to some
information and documents which if properly utilised, we can make a fortune
out of this company—STANDARD SECURITIES.There are a lot of consignments
which has been laying in the security warehouses of this company unclaimed
for more than 10 years.These consignments are already deposited in a MARKED
warehouse because the policy of this company is that any consignment that
stays 5 years without any one claiming it or writing to the company to
renew the deposit contract, it is assumed that the person is either dead
or incapacitated. Under this circumstance, any one who applies for the
release of any of those abandoned consignments, will be required to provide
some information and documents before the goods are released to him/her.As
soon as those information are verified to be correct,the consignments
will be released to the person immediately. THESE INFORMATION&DOCUMENTS;I
HAVE ACESS TO THEM NOW.
This is exactly why I wrote you this letter.There is a particular consignment—no
SSX1201.This consignment is according to my investigation,containing some
money which is about USD25m.They are being owed by one General Michael
Motuumbra from the DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO former ZAIRE. According
to my costly investigation, This money was suppose to be for the procurement
of ammunition by General Mutumbara for the procecution of the war against
the then rebels led by the late Kabilla,who died recently as the president
of that country.General Mutumbare who was the MOBUTU’s army comender died
in the process of that war in an ambush by the rebels on the 24th August
1997.Since he deposited this box which is officially decleard as containing
Government files and some private family will,Nothing has been heard of
him.This is why I am now investing on the claiming of that box.No one
in this company knows the content of that box except me.I will explain
to you latter.There is no risk involved.The documents I will send makes
you the legal owner.I have the file.The personal assistantto the general
who deposited the consignment has arrived Accra with the file containing
the originals of all the documents.
Now all I need with you is your assurance that if this consignment is
released to you,that you can handle that volume of cash money without
any problen.If we agree,all I will do is to direct you on how to go about
the application officially, and you will deal with the Director of Operation.Any
information he require from you,I will retract it from the security room
and send to you.Within 10 days of the commencement of the procedure,The
consignment will be released to you.If you do not want to come to Accra,you
will negotiate with the Operations Director to transport the box to your
approved destination.All this we can discuss in the procedure if you accept
