has concluded every arrangement to transfer the sum of $18,000,000.00
( eighteen million Dollars) to a finance and security organization in
London. The family has through a diplomatic contact during my father's
regime, concluded an arrangement to deposit the above sum with a security
organization in London. And it is on the note that I am soliciting for
some assistance to help us receive this amount in your account as we the
family members can not do it on our own because of the code of conduct,
which was introduce by my late father to checkmate excess embezzlement/siphoning
of government /public fund to overseas country as the case had been during
the during the regime of the late president (Mobutu Sese Seko).
